The Italian national football team was introduced in the year 1910 which represents the Italian team in international football since the first match in the year 1910. The Italian national football team comes under UEFA and control by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). The team is also known as gli Azzurri (meaning the Blues) like they wear Savoy blue.
