The 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup Group C Teams are one of eight groups at the 2023 Women’s Soccer World Cup. The gathering comprises Spain, Costa Rica, Zambia, and Japan. The main top two groups will progress to the round of 16. The group phase will be played from 21 July to 31 July 2023. The knockout phase will begin with the Round of 16 from 5-8 August.
Japan’s win in 2011 was the first Asian team to win a FIFA World Cup (including both men and women). Costa Rica comes from the 2022 CONCACAF W Championship fourth place, where the team best appeared in the group stage of the 2015 World Cup, the Zambia team qualified for the 2022 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations third place and the Spain team is the winner of UEFA Group B.
