Star midfielder Luka Modric was born in Zadar, Croatia and Damon’s was the first team of Modric. In the early 1990s, his family had to leave; they settled in the tourist town of Zaton. Luka married his agent Vanja Bosnic at 25.

The beginning soccer player signed his first contract in 2002 in Dinamo Zagreb. That deal was loaned in 2003 where he contributed 7 goals in 31 matches to help win the league.
