UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin announced European football’s governing body, three-time winners Germany has won the right to host the 2024 European Championship for a second time, the tournament is scheduled from 14 June to 14 July 2024.
The UEFA Euro 2024 is the 17th edition of Euro 2024 and 24 teams will participate in this tournament it would be the first time the competition is held in a former East Germany with Leipzig as a host city.
The 2024 UEFA European Football Championship, is commonly referred to as UEFA Euro 2024. Germany beat Turkey in a vote by UEFA’s Executive Committee for the right host. It has already hosted the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2011 and the Men’s World Cup in 2006.
On March 8, 2017, UEFA announced that only two countries had decided to host the tournament. Germany and Turkey have the intention to host but from the voting process, Germany decided to host the tournament alone.
Italy are the defending champions, having won the 2020 tournament after beating England on penalties in the final.

Qualification-
As Host, Germany qualified for the tournament automatically. And the rest 23 slots will be determined through the qualification process, with the group from March to November 2023, and the play-off linked with the 2022-23 UEFA National League in March 2024.
The qualification round is the main process for the upcoming tournament that will be played in December 2022 Germany qualified automatically, with the 23 remaining spots to be determined through qualification.
All the teams will be divided into ten groups, where six of them having five on one side and four in the other group. And the qualification match will be played in the last quarter of 2022 and mid-2023.
10 Venues will be used for the 2024 UEFA Euro, Berlin, Dortmund, Munich, Cologne, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Leipzig, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and Gelsenkirchen.2024 UEFA euro Venues.

2024 UEFA Euro Venues
If we talk about Venues for UEFA Euro 2024, Germany has a wide choice for the stadium UEFA which has a minimum capacity of 30,000 sets for the European Championship matches.
UEFA Euro 2024 will feature 24 teams of National clubs, taking place in June and July, with 51 games scheduled for up to 32 days in 10 venues(in 10 host cities).

Draw
The Final draw for this tournament will take place in December 2023 at EIbphiharmonie in Hamburg. And the format is the same as used in 2016 and 2020, that of teams seeded into 6 groups, will be retained. And for the qualification group stage draw will be held on 9 October 2022
Broadcasters
Without Broadcasters the tournament is incomplete, So The International Broadcasters Centre (IBC) will be located at the halls of the Leipzig Trade Fair in Leipzig, Germany.
