Belgium men’s national teams representing Belgium in international football since 1904 and one of the first mainland European teams. Belgium team squad is under FIFA global jurisdiction and is governed in Europe, also Belgium is the highest representative at the international level from 1920 to 1938 and from 1982 to 2002 and still representing from 2014 onward.

Belgium is with mostly had unsuccessful qualification rounds in history but whenever they have a chance to prove themself they did not take a step back they always prove themselves with performance, most of Belgium’s home matches are played in the King Baudouin Stadium at Brussels.

As the Belgium team has experienced the most up and downs in their matches they have made the end stages in 13 World cup and made the last place in 5 European Championships, also they made their third place in the 2018 FIFA World Cup and second at the Euro 1980.

History:-

Beerschot Athletic Club, On 11 October 1900 announced that Belgium would host a series of challenge match in Antwerp which takes on Europe’s best football teams. After some major organization difficulties under the shadow of Cees van Hasselt the first tournament was played with Belgium vs Dutch on 28  April 1901.

And in the year 1904 Belgium played their first-ever official game against France at the Stade Vivier d’Oie in Uccle. For the matches, there were 1,500 spectators and the matches were ended in a 3-3 draw.
